Who/What is the Citizens’ Council of La Grange (CCLG)?
The CCLG was founded 75 years ago and exists as a non-partisan body of interested residents of La Grange who desire to encourage the best possible government for La Grange (Village Trustees, Library Trustees and Park Commissioners). It is not a caucus or a political party. Our membership gathers to stay educated about the village issues so that we may stay informed and make sound choices. A majority of candidates seeking elected village office have and will come before the CCLG seeking to be slated (endorsed) by our membership. #BehindLaGrange
Why is the Citizens’ Council of La Grange (CCLG) doing survey?
In preparation for the upcoming 2017 local elections, the CCLG would like to give the residents of La Grange an opportunity to rate the value they place on village features, services and issues important to them. The information gathered through the survey will help us gain insight and new perspective to educate future candidates on “what is important to the residents of La Grange”.
Is there a start/end date to this survey?
The survey will start March 1st and remain open until March 31st.
