I am running for the Library Board because:
I am running for the Library Board of Trustees because the library is essential to our residents and I hope to bolster its function as a pillar of our community. As a provider of information, enrichment, and access to ever-changing technology, the library is in a unique position to serve the entire La Grange population. My human resources background, experience running a statewide home education not-for-profit, and engagement with current political movements prepare me to work with the library and its diverse constituency. I have lived in La Grange for 23 years and look forward to the opportunity to give back to the Village through the Library Board.
